What topics are safe?
Again, I am not a professional therapist. I do not specialize in anything in particular. We can of course discuss topics like addiction, sexuality, gender identity, trauma, assault, grief, etc, as these can be reasons why you might need a BFF, but depending on the context, there’s a chance I may ask you if it’s okay to point you to other, more helpful resources. This
platform is best suited for folks who have a great relationship to therapy already, but maybe just need someone when life gets annoying and have nowhere to turn. By annoying, I mean issues like how you can't find a job rn and the market is cray, or how ur bf won't pick up his socks, or how ur dog has leash aggression and u cry everytime u take him out for a walk (oh wait, I'm just talking about myself now)...
